Has your kid been sitting on a computer all day doing virtual schooling? Lack of movement can be very detrimental to a kid’s growth and could develop poor biomechanics in the future. Here are a few things to help neutralize the effects of sitting in front of a computer all day: 1. Climbing: Kids need to be climbing on things. Climbing is a super important way to develop sturdy and strong shoulders that can prevent future injuries. Trees and ropes are a great idea of things that kids can climb on.
Being outside:
Being outside important to be getting Vitamin D which can help build up the immune system
Running around:

Social interaction:
The social interaction that kids get are invaluable. Whether it is through a team sport or playing with other kids it builds good life long skills that are important for the development of kids.
