CrockPot Applesauce Chicken

Who doesn’t love a good crockpot meal? Nothing is better than coming home from work to a house that smells yummy and dinner than is practically done. We eat a lot of chicken at our house, so its nice to mix things up a bit.  Of course, don't think we are getting too crazy, this pairs nicely with good old fashion steamed broccoli. Hope this gives you a healthy idea for dinner or lunches. Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • 2lbs (4 breasts) of Chicken

  • 2 cups of unsweetened organic applesauce

  • ½ tsp Onion Powder

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

:

+ Place the chicken in the slow cooker first, then add the applesauce and spices. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until chicken is done. Credit strengthandsunshine.com
