Ready in just five minutes, this is one of our go to spreads to put on our favorite meals when we are becoming hangry but want to stay healthy! We love putting this kale pesto over gluten free noodles or even as a dip with some turkey.

Prep Time: 5 min, Cook Time: quick  

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pulse the kale, parsley, olive oil, salt, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.

  • Add the pine nuts and pulse until they are ground to desired consistency.

  • Store in fridge or top off your favorite meals.
