OVERNIGHT CHIA BOWL

We love this quick overnight chia bowl for busy mornings at the office. It takes 5 minutes to make and is ready in as little as 4 hours. You can make it before leaving for work or even right before bed! The healthy fats from the chia seeds keeps us full all morning so we don't get hangry before the lunch hour.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat dairy-free yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat dairy-free milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey (or agave for vegan)
1/4 cup low fat granola (or vegan granola)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or fruit of your choice)
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla and honey. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
Before serving, top with granola and fruit.
