These little bites taste like sunshine in snack form—creamy peanut butter, sweet honey, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips all rolled up into one delicious ball. Perfect for summer adventures or keeping hungry kids happy after school!

* 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

* 1/3 cup honey

* 1 cup oat flour

* 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

* 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

1. Whisk up the sunshine: In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.

2. Add the goodness: Stir in oat flour, protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon—it’ll smell amazing.

3. Sweeten the deal: Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

4. Roll + chill: Scoop into bite-sized balls, roll smooth, and pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

5. Snack time: Store in the fridge for grab-and-go snacks all week long.

These protein balls are kid-approved! They’re just the right balance of sweet and filling—perfect for fueling homework sessions or holding everyone over until dinner. For extra fun:

* Roll them in rainbow sprinkles for a colorful treat.

* Swap chocolate chips for raisins or dried cranberries for a fruity bite.

* Serve with apple slices or a cold glass of milk for a classic after-school pairing.
